The Anchor Point Bistro began with a simple idea. As Navy veterans, we found a special connection with the town of St. Clair and chose to make it our home port. We wanted to create a place where people could gather, enjoy fresh food, and feel welcome every time they walked through the door. That vision became the foundation of our bistro and continues to guide us each day.
Our Mission in the Kitchen
Our mission is to offer heartier, healthier meals than typical fast food. We focus on simple ingredients and dishes prepared fresh whenever possible. Our menu is globally inspired by our travels, bringing unique flavors to the area while blending classic favorites with new ideas. We also serve no deep-fried items, creating a lighter and more balanced dining experience for our guests

We believe dining out should be an experience worth sharing. Our team works to provide friendly service, fresh meals, and a space where guests feel comfortable spending time together. Many of our items are prepared daily, which means some dishes may sell out during the day. We see that as a reminder that fresh food and good service are always worth the effort.
